| Introduction: | |

This
project is made for you and for your wellness, and you have given us
a chance to serve you for your better health to live 100 years and to
teach the young children to prevent themselves from diseases and to
develop a new healthy peaceful generation. This health village comprises
of all system of treatment and simple teaching to live comfort with
healthy life. There are many system of treatment in world from the ancient
days and in that 21 system of treatment will be specialized in this
health village. This health village is specially designed by Dr.K.Karthikeyan
to treat all human beings in the world with utmost care and to take
challenges in healthcare of human poor, medium class or rich or richest
peoples. All infrastructures with diagnosing equipments to treating
equipments and systems will be inbuilt in this health village. The cost
of treatment will vary according to the economic factors of the patients
and the residual comfort, but the treatment will be with our utmost
care and will be the same for all status peoples.

The
landscape of the project is planned in 100 acres in the initial stage
and will be extended to 500 to 1000 acres in future according to the
need.

The
access of the project will be near for airport, seaport, Railway and
for road transport easy access for all means to reach this health village.

| Environment: | |
|
A
pollution free environment with natural trees and gardens with a good
sweet water facility will be in our health village. Around 10 kms surrounding
there will be a dust free Chemical free total pollution free environment.

| Hospital: | |
|
A
strong multi-specialized building with all spacious rooms well ventilated
Natural air circulated building individually for every system of treatment.
The specialty of these building will be in no manner patients could
see rushes in the building and they will feel the building is made for
them to treat and a mental free situation will be created for every
patients and for their relatives or friends who come with them. There
will be many department according to their illness, the patients will
be guided to the department with ease by our caring staffs. The buildings
will be designed not to use any electric fans or Air-conditioning equipments
except in ICU (Intensive care unit) building. Peoples who need extra
air can use a hand fan made of palm leaves or pea-cock fins which will
be provided by us.

| Meditation Hall: | |
|
A
meditation hall with (good ventilated sound proof) natural garden inbuilt
will be built with state of art which will be live to experience their
100% meditation.

| Yoga Hall: | |
|
A
Yoga hall will be built with good ventilations and surrounded with good
herbal trees and plants. A specialized cotton mat pasted with cotton
used for bed will be Made fixed with the total flooring of the yoga
hall which gives the 100% effect for mind body and soul.

| Building for Inpatients stay: | |
|
A
fine building will be built with state of art to the patients who stay
in the hospital to get long term treatment. This building will of three
different class and all basic infrastructure will be provide with hygienic
flooring with well ventilation and good drainage with good surrounding
of pleasant trees of flowers and allTraditional facility will be provided
in every room.

| Traditional Cottages: | |
|
Individual
cottages with traditional living will be built with state of art and
every cottage will be surrounded with pleasant trees and garden. All
sophisticated living need but with traditional look cottages will be
built and this will be the highest paid stay home for the long term
residual richest patients.

| Health Kitchen: | |
|
This
building will be built comfort for the use of preparing different kinds
of food for the patients according to their treatment needs. This kitchen
will be very hygienic and will be natural with mud pots for water storage
and for cooking and all in natural way. We concentrate in the chimney
outlet should never disturb the environment and will be built according
to the need. Health kitchen will have various departments thatto prepare
food for every different disease and for individual care to every patient's
diet need.

| Prayer hall: | |
|
Two
types of prayer hall will be built individually.Nature God Prayer Hall:
A well ventilated prayer hall building surrounded with pleasant trees
and garden will be built. Inside the hall a natural model of sun, moon,
raining, sea like fountain and sky and natural trees will be in the
hall. All patients can pray individually with peace and calm.. A special
prayer book of praying the nature will be designed and to be easy to
pray will be given in the hall for every patient.

|
A
very big hall well ventilated and surrounded with pleasant trees and
will be in built with all religion god of the world will be in one place.
Patients who are interested to pray their loving god can pray themselves
for their need. The theme of this building is for unity of all religion
in this world with humanity.
Actually humans with good thoughts and helping tendency and who teach good things to the world or all prayed as god. This strong confidence and I am very sure in that. Because all the holy books preaches the same theme that help each other don't do sin to others and Live with humanity is the basic of all religion holy books. So why cant we pray our parents , the nature and god which gives us life every day and keep us alive. If our breathing stops we are dead that is the known fact. One thing which we never think of that is if one hour the air stops and total space become vacuum then the whole living being in the world will die. But we are very clear that this air will never exhaust or stops it circulation and gives confidence to live. As the nature gives us the confidence, irrespective of expecting nothing from us, why not we pray that which give us life and confidence?. |

| Building for staffs: | |
|
A
good residual place with all facilities for all staffs and workers who
are dedicated and could be utilized any time will be given residence
inside the health village. An extraordinary natural garden with trees
will be maintained around the residences. Other attending doctors or
staffs will be from their own residence.

| Auditorium: | |
|
A
playing hall with all indoor games will be well built with all infrastructures
and all games will be equipped and the patients will be guided to play
in their own interest according to their health needs.

| Open play ground: | |
| An open play ground will be made for all indoor games for the need of physical balance for the patients and they will be guided properly. | |
| Swimming pool: | |
| A swimming pool with hygienic water and will be maintained very neat For the physical exercise and balance for the patients. | |
| Water lines: | |
| Open well and bore well will be made for all purposes. Hygienic clean water which is purified and processed water will be used for all purpose. For all trees Drip-drop water lines will be made for all plants, Trees and gardens and will be maintained with gardeners and workers. | |
| Drainages: | |
| The drainages will be made with utmost care and three type of drainages will be made. | |
| Type one: | |
| This is made for all rain water to drain with proper process and to drain into the open well. This will come under rain water harvesting technology. | |
| Type two: | |
| This will be made for all the bath water and kitchen water and all regular use water drained to the earth with a high technology. | |
| Type Three: | |
|
This
will be made only for the human wastes and impurities and this will
be drained and filtered and the water will be drained inside the earth
and the organic wastes will be processed and made organic fertilizer
for the crops.

| Fencing: | |
|
The
total health village will be fully fenced and every 10 meters a tree
and in between that, plants with pleasing flowers will be planted and
maintained. The total health village will be given utmost care to protect
from insects or worms are any dangers living beings. Birds with good
characters will be safe guarded and will be maintained.

| FARMS IN THE HEALTH VILLAGE: | |

INDEPENDENT
100 ACRES OF LAND WILL BE USED FORGROWING DIFFERENT TYPES OF CROPS VEGETABLES,FRUITS
AND ALL NEEDED WILL BE GROWN IN THE FORM WITH TRADITIONAL ORGANIC FERTILIZERS
AND WITH HYGENIC METHODS FOR THE USE OF THE HEALTH KITCHEN.EXTRA NEEDED
WILL BE PURCHASED FROM OTHER SOURCE.THE FARMLAND FOR AGRICULTURE COULDBE
INCREASED ACCORDING TO THE NEED. Fresh herbs which are need for treatment
systems will also be grown and harvested according to our needs.

| Diagnostics Centre with advanced Equipments: | |
|
All
Diagnosing equipments will be installed and all the equipments with
good accuracy will be purchased and will be used for the diagnose needs.
A well equipped Diagnostic laboratory will be made in the hospital for
all needs. Many of the disease will be diagnosed by our experienced
doctors by watching the pulse, eyes and their face and if need they
will diagnose with physically touching the needed parts. Scanning or
X-rays will be made only if there is a need. SERIOUS TOXIC DIANOSE METHODS
WILL BE NEGLECTED FOR THE MAXIMUM. But it is a must to be well equipped
not to go outside the campus for any diagnosing is our ultimate aim.
All the needs will be well equipped and inbuilt.

| All the medicines and all life saving drugs for all system of Treatment will be made available in this medicine sales Centre. | |
| Coaching and seminars: | |
|
Every
week a coaching class will be conducted for discipline and to learn
about healthy living. Schools, colleges and employees of government
and private sectors will be invited upon their interests. They will
be given a good learning and make them to take interest for good healthy
living. They will be given examples and comparison of patients who are
struggling because of not caring themselves and they will be teached
with live examples.Special doctors and teachers with unique discipline
for the particular class will be arranged to teach and to make know
the public.

| Children of age 3 to 6 and 7 to 10 and 10 to 13 and 13 to 15 years of age will be classified and they will be trained and teached for their needs twice in a week. | |

| All types of medical studies colleges and institutions are planned to gives a world class studies in various discipline. This will be made in future years. | |
| Herbal Farm: | |
| A
farmland of 200 Acres will be allotted for growing all types of herbs
in the world for research and for the need of the patients. We have given you about the project just a little and to make understood about the unique Concept of the health village.
